A message from the founder

Thank you for being here. I truly hope this platform serves as I imagined it would - to help you to navigate a less lonely path to wellness. Normalising individual experiences with mental health is extremely important to me and I hope to help those suffering adversity as much as I want to help those actively trying to support and understand those in need.

It’s important to know that I am not a mental health professional and this website is not intended as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or therapy. We speak from individual and personal experience and share additional content with the permission of those featured. Mental health is individual and varied, and I hope that Bonny Co helps to cultivate connection and serve as a reminder that you are not alone.
